Job Responsibilities
1、Achieve sales target
2、Understand clients’ training needs and provide customized training solutions
3、Set account strategy
4、Manage training projects including planning, coordination and process control
5、Building and maintaining good relationship with existing and potential clients
6、Update clients’ database sales reporting
7、Understand internal process, including Resource Booking Process, etc.
8、Provide sales forecast and market information
9、Continuously learning
Job Requirements
1、Bachelor degree or above
2、3+ years work experience in multinational companies, with sales experience or salesmanship potential
3、Work experience in training industry or HR field will be a plus
4、Fluent oral and written English and good command of computer
5、Good communication and presentation skills
6、Analytical and reasoning skills
7、Can work under pressure
8、Below 30 years old

1、Developing and maintaining clients through tele-marketing
2、Promoting public seminars and forums regularly
3、Answering clients’ inquiry effectively
4、Building and maintaining good relationship with existing and potential clients
5、Achieving individual annual performance target
6、Maintaining and updating clients’ database
Job Requirements
1、College education or above
2、2+ years work experience, customer service or tele-marketing function is preferred
3、Basic oral and written English
4、Pleasant and enthusiastic voice
5、Can understand others quickly and express clearly
6、Proactive, patient, accountable, detail-oriented
7、Good teamwork spirit
8、Can work under pressure
